Welcome to My Blog

Our family does the Feingold Diet, and we love it! However, there are some items that are not in the Feingold shopping guide, sometimes because companies will not fill out their forms, or they just haven't been researched yet.

I am contacting manufacturers directly and posting their responses here so that people can make an informed decision about what foods they want to feed their family. I will also post the foods that did not come back with a clean report. Those will be listed under the "Unclean" foods.

I'll also be adding foods that are our favorites who I may not have contacted yet. This is just a way to keep my family members informed of what my kids like and what they can have.

I think everyone can make better choices in food and this is a great place for people to start.
